Step 1:

In a small bowl, mix together the oil and water.


Step 2:

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder.


Step 3:

From the dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Let rest at room temprature for 30 minutes.


Step 4:

On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rope about 18 inches long and cut into 8 equal pieces.


Step 5:

Fill and fry the sambusas directed for the particular sambusas of your choice.
